Pre-approval is an important step in the loan application process.  First, you will need to complete the on-line application (click below).  Upon completion, you will receive an e-mail with a document request checklist.  Upon satisfactory review of the application and supporting documentation, our broker will verify that you are pre-approved.  At that point, you can make an offer on a home and we will provide a pre-approval letter to accompany your purchase agreement.
