RIC3 Fam Frisbee

RIC3 Fam Frisbee has started a community ultimate program. We run open developmental sessions for everyone. We are developing a competitive travel team made up of players from our open dev sessions who want to play games with other teams that make for good, competitive, balanced games where everyone can grow. We are based on the principle of FLOW, living low-friction, adapting effortlessly, and staying present in momentum. On the field, it’s about fluid teamwork, quick decision-making, and letting the disc move naturally. It’s powered by low athletic stances, fast footwork, and relentless hustle—using quick give-and-gos, short dribble passes, and rapid resets to keep the stall count under four and the disc flying in flow. On defense, flow means playing connected as a unit rather than trapped in rigid 1-on-1 matchups. We stay active and low, using constant talk, smart switches, and dynamic help-coverage to shrink open space and disrupt the opponent's rhythm.
